Up!Graphix protects your personal data and adheres strictly to the rules of data protection laws. We only collect, process and use personal data to the extent that this is permitted or necessary in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.
A. Data protection declaration for users of the websites www.upgraphix.com, www.thegoodeys.com, and the "The Goodeys App"
We are aware that the protection of your privacy when using the "The Goodeys App", the websites of Up!Graphix and "The Goodeys" or the service is important to you. We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.

In the following, we provide information about the collection of personal data when using our websites and apps. Personal data are all data that can be directly or indirectly related to you personally, e.g. B. Name, address, email addresses, user behavior. We delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer required. 3. Legal basis for processing
We process data in accordance with DSGVO Art. 6 Abs.1 lit. a) b) c) f). This means that we only process personal data if there is consent (lit. a), insofar as it is necessary to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures (lit. b), we are legally obliged to do so (lit. c) or we have a legitimate interest in processing for the optimization of our offers (lit.f).
4. Usage
We will only use the personal data we collect from you to provide you with the desired products or services, or for other purposes for which you have given your consent, unless there are other legal obligations.

We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

10. Use of cookies
In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the location that sets the cookie (here by us). Cookies cannot run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.

We use the Facebook Pixel from Facebook, a social media network of Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbor, Dublin 2 Ireland, on our websites and apps.
The code implemented on this page can evaluate the behavior of visitors who have reached this website from Facebook advertising. This can be used to improve Facebook advertisements and this data is collected and stored by Facebook. The data collected is not visible to us, but can only be used in the context of advertising. Cookies are also set by using the Facebook pixel code.

B. Data protection declaration for contractual partners (users)
We process and use the data provided by you when the contract was concluded and collected in the course of the contract, which is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the contract. First and last name, address, telephone number, email address and bank details as well as access codes of the user or at least one legal representative are required to establish and process a contractual relationship (inventory data). You can also voluntarily provide a fax and mobile number. These data are usually collected in electronic order forms. In the context of the establishment of the contractual relationship and its continuation, fees, payments and booking data as well as information about the tariffs and services selected by us are stored. The storage and processing takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
The extent of the storage depends, among other things, on the services used by the user. The data collected by Up!Graphix is only kept for as long as is necessary within the scope of the contractual agreement and is permitted and necessary in compliance with the applicable legal provisions. In the case of a legal obligation to store this, according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) DSGVO.
We use your data to inform you about important changes that affect your contractual relationship. This includes in particular contractual or technical changes, safety instructions or other information obligations. We will also notify you of new products or offers if we can assume that you are interested in this information. This is done on the basis of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
Up!Graphix deletes personal data that are necessary for the establishment, content, modification or termination of the contract, such as name and address, upon termination of the contractual relationship. As long as proper contract processing requires it - for example to process a complaint - the data will continue to be saved, if necessary for processing. Deletion may also be omitted if legal regulations or the pursuit of claims require longer storage.
Under no circumstances will the data collected be sold or passed on to third parties for other non-contractual reasons. All employees who have access to the personal data of our users are obliged to maintain confidentiality.
To protect your personal data processed by us from unauthorized access and misuse, we have taken extensive technical and operational security precautions. Our security procedures are regularly checked and adapted to technological progress.
